Return & Refund Policy
Platinum Pet Food Sdn Bhd wants to maximize the satisfaction & experience of the customers’ purchase(s). If you are unsatisfied with any individual product or purchase (e.g. damaged during shipment, defective item, wrong item/type/flavour/etc), you may request return it to us within seven (7) days from date received. You could attach the photo of the product you intend to return for inspection and record purposes. The product shall be unused or unopened. Damaged items must be returned together with their original box.

2. Refund or Return Procedure
All exchanges and credit refunds will be processed in 7 working days from the date of return package. Exchanges will be shipped back to the customer according to our standard delivery times, 9am-5pm on weekdays, no delivery on weekends or any public holidays.
3. Postage charges
Customers would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process.
